what are the usual delivery periods?

Sometimes the preferred leather or fabric is in stock and things can go fast – but not every time, so delivery times can vary between 2 and 5 weeks for the UK Mainland & Northern Ireland. A notification email will be sent to you when your product is ready for shipping. For the rest of the countries these estimated periods may vary.

how much is the delivery charge?

We have different delivery prices for each country. We offer free delivery for UK Mainland & Northern Ireland. The price of international delivery is based on your delivery address and the size and weight of your order. 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with a Credit or Debit Card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Do furniture items come flat packed?

Yes, you will receive a package with the plywood elements and another package for the cushions (if applied).

can my product be customised?

Yes, we are flexible and open to offer you different finishes and treatments. We will be happy to discuss different possibilities with you, please find our contact details here. Please note that this is likely to effect delivery time and price. We are keen to expand the Nomad range, but keep in mind that new versions are in effect proto-types.

Do i need any tools to assemble my furniture?

No, all our furniture pieces have been designed to be easily assembled. No glue, no screws, no tools!
